These Terms of Service govern the use of the DietCoach website and diet plan service available at diet-coach.app (the "Service").
The technical operator of the DietCoach application is Jacek Grecki, a natural person residing in the Netherlands. Contact: jacgre1981@gmail.com.
By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
These Terms distinguish three roles:
DietCoach generates personalised 7-day diet plans from parameters provided by the user (age, sex, body measurements, activity level, dietary goal and preferences). One free plan per e-mail address is available; additional plans may be purchased. A separate trainer panel lets trainers generate and manage plans for their clients.

Plans generated by DietCoach are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, nutritional consultation, diagnosis or treatment. In particular:
The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
To access the trainer panel you must create an account with a valid e-mail and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at jacgre1981@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
An active trainer account permits the trainer to generate plans for their own clients and provide generated PDF documents to those clients. It does not permit resale of access to the application, account sharing, or offering DietCoach as the trainer's own software.
Paid purchases and subscriptions are concluded and processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment collection, sales taxes, transaction documents, refunds and chargebacks. DietCoach remains responsible for providing the application functionality included in the purchased plan.
Individual packages grant access to a fixed number of 7-day plans valid for 12 months from purchase. Trainer subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan) and renew automatically until cancelled.
Subscriptions, payment methods and cancellations can be managed through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, while access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period, unless the Customer Portal states otherwise.
New trainer accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to the trainer panel. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial does not convert to a paid subscription automatically — you must actively purchase a plan after the trial to retain access, otherwise trainer features are restricted.
Withdrawal, cancellation and transaction refund rules apply in accordance with mandatory consumer law and the terms presented during the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Users may also contact the DietCoach operator regarding the operation of the application.
Trainers who use the panel to manage client data act as independent controllers of their clients' personal data; the Operator acts as a processor on the trainer's behalf. Trainers are solely responsible for having a lawful basis, obtaining necessary consents, and informing their clients about the processing. The terms of this processing are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
The Operator strives to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Operator's control (force majeure).
All content of the Service — algorithms, texts, graphics and layout — belongs to the Operator and is protected by applicable copyright law. Generated diet plans are provided for the personal use of the ordering party (or, for trainers, for their own client).
DietCoach is an informational tool and does not replace medical advice or an individual nutritional consultation. Users are responsible for assessing whether a plan is suitable for their circumstances. The operator's liability may only be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Operator may modify these Terms. Changes take effect on publication; for existing paid users, material changes apply from the next billing period or as required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Disputes shall be heard by the competent court determined under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
