These Terms of Service govern the use of the DietCoach website and the diet plan generation service available at dietcoach.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
The Service is operated by DietCoach ("Operator").
DietCoach is an online tool that generates personalised 7-day diet plans based on parameters provided by the user (age, gender, body measurements, activity level, dietary goal and preferences). One free plan per e-mail address is available. Additional plans may be purchased. A separate trainer panel is available for personal trainers to manage client diet plans.

The diet plans generated by DietCoach are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, nutritional consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Before making significant changes to your diet — especially if you suffer from any health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication — please consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian.
The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
To access the trainer panel, you must create an account using a valid e-mail address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at jacgre1981@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms.
Individual packages grant access to a fixed number of 7-day diet plans valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Trainer subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel a subscription, contact us at jacgre1981@gmail.com before the next billing date.
New trainer accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to the trainer panel. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial does not convert to a paid subscription automatically — you must actively purchase a subscription plan after the trial ends to retain access. After the trial period, access to trainer features will be restricted until a subscription is purchased.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by purchasing a package or subscription and requesting immediate performance of the Service, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited once the Service has been fully performed (i.e., once a diet plan has been generated and delivered).
Refunds for unused packages may still be requested within 14 days of purchase if no plan has been generated. To request a refund, contact us at jacgre1981@gmail.com.
Trainers who use the trainer panel to manage client data act as independent data controllers with respect to their clients' personal data. The Operator acts as a data processor on behalf of the trainer in this context.
Trainers are solely responsible for: (a) having a lawful basis to collect and process their clients' personal data; (b) obtaining all necessary consents from their clients; (c) informing their clients about the processing of their data in connection with the use of DietCoach. The Operator is not liable for any unlawful processing of client data carried out by the trainer.
The Operator strives to ensure continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Operator's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, third-party service failures, or government actions. The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service.
All content of the Service, including algorithms, texts, graphics and layout, is the property of the Operator and is protected by applicable copyright law. Generated diet plans are provided for the personal use of the ordering party.
The Operator is not liable for any health consequences arising from following the generated diet plans. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular medical or nutritional purpose. Use of the Service is entirely at the user's own risk.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish court.
