You see it in the browser right after generating, and we also email you a link. You can download the plan as a PDF.
Is the plan made by AI?
Plans are computed by our own nutrition engine — calories and macros are matched to your data and goal. Nothing is copied from templates.
Something broke or I want a revision — what do I do?
Write via the form or WhatsApp and describe the issue. We reply within 24 hours and see it through.
